They’re made to feel easy. What you see is what you walk into, with no surprises and no chasing someone down for help. Our homes are clean, comfortable, and exactly as promised. If something comes up, we handle it quickly and fairly. You shouldn’t have to work to enjoy your stay, and with us you won’t.

You’ll get the exact same experience either way, but booking direct saves you the platform fees. And who doesn’t love keeping a little extra in their pocket?

No hard feelings if you’re a die-hard Airbnb fan, you can book us there. You’ll be taken care of either way. 🤗

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM depending on the property. 

When possible, we offer a complimentary 1:00 PM early check-in and late check-out.

All requests happen in your digital Boarding Pass, which is sent out as soon as you book. Approval is based on the homes turnover schedule.

Most Mosaic homes are dog-friendly and can host up to two furry friends, but please confirm on each individual listing. A one-time fee applies per stay, per dog. Dogs must be over 1 year old, under 50 lbs, housebroken, and leash trained. We do not host cats, and all other pets must be pre-approved.

We’ve taken care of the essentials: linens, towels, basic toiletries, and a stocked kitchen with a minimum of coffee, oil, salt, and pepper. All you need is your suitcase and a willingness to unwind (and some groceries 😉).

Our cancellation policy is straightforward:

• Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days before check-in
• 50% refund (plus full refund of cleaning and pet fees) for cancellations made 15–29 days before check-in
• Cleaning & pet fees refunded for cancellations within 14 days

Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.

We understand plans change, and when they do we aim to be fair. If we’re able to rebook canceled nights, we’ll always refund them.

Instead of a traditional security deposit, each stay includes a $45 Trust & Safety Fee covering up to $2,000 in accidental damage. It protects the home while keeping your experience easy and worry-free. Please note, intentional damage or pet-related damage is not covered.

We follow the same straightforward process you’re used to on Airbnb or VRBO: pick your favorite home, choose your dates, and reserve your stay.

After booking, you’ll complete a quick ID verification (just like on those platforms), and then you’re all set.

All that’s left to do after that is pack your bags. 🧳
